THE CHALLENGE

A footwear manufacturer expanding operations in Spain leased an industrial warehouse in Elche's industrial zone and a retail location in central Alicante. Both spaces needed preparation simultaneously for licensing and brand launch:

LOCATION 1: Industrial Warehouse - Elche

Licensing Requirements:
  • Warehouse needed commercial license for storage operations (550m²)
